Terms & Conditions

Booking & payment:

All bookings are made through our website, you can pay and confirm your booking with us. All prices are in ISK (Icelandic Krona) and all invoices are in ISK. All our tours are weather and condition depended and we reserve the right to change your itinerary or cancel your tour last minute with your safety in mind.

Note: A valid international drivers license is required to drive a buggy and minimum age requirement is 5 years with an accompanying adult.

Cancellations & refunds:

Cancellations with more than 48hrs notice before departure of the tour will be refunded fully. Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice before departure of the tour will not be refunded.

All cancellation fees held by Deluxe Buggy Tours are only intended to cover our direct cost of canceling your tour. All complaints must reach Deluxe Buggy Tours within 5 days from completion of your tour. Otherwise, possible compensation is not valid.

Safety:

Please keep in mind that the weather changes fast on our northern island and with it, conditions change. Our guides are specially trained to deal with changing conditions and their number one priority is to make decisions with your safety in mind. This is especially valid for winter travel in Iceland.

All our tours are undertaken on the responsibility of its participants. Deluxe Buggy Tours does not assume any responsibility for accidents that are caused by its customers or can be traced to their own actions.

Own-risk:

You agree to be personally liable and financially responsible for all loss of and damage caused to the buggy you are provided with, other property or third parties. Such liability may amount to the full value of the buggy you are provided with. Own-risk fee payable by you shall be 500.000 ISK per buggy.
